refunded.

paid service, the user (“User,” “Client,” or “Subscriber”) agrees to be bound
by the terms of this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions

All payments made towards paid services on the Website
shall be final and non-refundable once such services have been
activated, delivered, or otherwise commenced.
No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances for:

marketplace platform on a best-effort basis, and no guarantees of

Subject to Clause 1, a refund may be considered
at the sole discretion of World WidExporters, only under the following
conditions:

(10) calendar days from the original date of payment;
· The paid service in question has not yet been activated,
processed, or commenced;
· The refund request is based on valid and verifiable grounds.

· Transaction ID / Invoice number
· Reason for requesting the refund

Where a refund is approved, the following conditions apply:
· Refunds will be made only through the original method of

same card);
· No changes in refund method will be
permitted;
· The processing of approved refunds may take up to 45
business days, depending on internal review and payment gateway
timelines;
· Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or other applicable charges may
be deducted from the refunded amount.

platform facilitating business listings, exposure, and communication between
registered users. The Company:
· Does not represent, mediate, or participate in any transactions between buyers and sellers;
· Does not charge any commission for
business transactions facilitated via the Website;
· Does not guarantee the
authenticity, legality, quantity, quality, availability, delivery, or safety of
any goods or services offered by users;
· Does not verify the identity,
credibility, or intent of users and encourages all parties to conduct due
diligence before engaging in any business dealings.
All services are provided strictly on a best-effort

not liable for any business loss, non-performance, or disputes arising
