·       The paid service in question has not yet been activated, processed, or commenced;

·       The refund request is based on valid and verifiable grounds.

·       No changes in refund method will be permitted;

·       The processing of approved refunds may take up to 45 business days, depending on internal review and payment gateway timelines;

·       Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
